Practitioner Agreement

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Facilitator may host experiences at SOL LUMINA, ensuring alignment with the values, safety, and operational standards of the space.

2. Membership & Eligibility

  1. The Facilitator must hold a current SOL LUMINA Facilitator/Practitioner Membership.
  2. Membership entitles the Facilitator to host experiences, access the booking system, and be listed in the Practitioner Directory (if opted in).

3. Booking & Use of Space

  1. All bookings must be made through SOL LUMINA’s official booking system.
  2. The Facilitator agrees to use the space responsibly and in alignment with its intended purpose.
  3. The Facilitator may not sublease, assign, or transfer the space to any third party.
  4. The Venue reserves the right to approve or deny any proposed experience at its sole discretion.

4. Fees & Payment

  1. Facilitator agrees to pay the applicable rental or hosting fees as outlined by SOL LUMINA.
  2. All payments must be made in advance according to the schedule set in the booking confirmation.
  3. Fees are non-refundable except as agreed in writing by the Venue.

5. Facilitator Responsibilities

The Facilitator agrees to:

  1. Conduct themselves professionally and with respect for all participants and the space.
  2. Ensure that all activities comply with local laws, health, and safety regulations.
  3. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the space.
  4. Carry appropriate insurance where required for their activities.
  5. Communicate any changes, cancellations, or special requirements promptly to SOL LUMINA.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  1. The Facilitator acknowledges that participation in experiences carries inherent risks.
  2. The Facilitator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SOL LUMINA, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their activities.
  3. SOL LUMINA is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of experiences hosted by the Facilitator.

7. Term & Termination

  1. This Agreement is effective as of the date above and remains valid while the Facilitator maintains active membership.
  2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  3. SOL LUMINA reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately in cases of misconduct, breach of terms, or misuse of the space.

8. Confidentiality & Community Respect

The Facilitator agrees to respect the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of all participants and the community.

Any disputes or sensitive matters should be communicated directly to SOL LUMINA in a professional and constructive manner.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of United States of America and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
