Sol Lumina and its faculty, guest hosts and staff are not liable for possible damage incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of using the contents, advice, or interpretation thereof of any of our courses, programs, web content, or email communication and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist or psychologist, or other qualified health care providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment and before undertaking a regimen and never disregard professional medical or mental health care advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have learned in a course, program, email, suggested practice, community forum, or on our website.
Registration in this or any Sol Lumina course, program or event constitutes your agreement to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Sol Lumina and its Staff, Executives, Directors, Faculty, Affiliates, and all other Personnel from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liability, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses. As a registrant, you further pledge that you are in good health, and mentally and emotionally fit for participation in training of a transformational nature and you understand that this course or any Sol Lumina course, program, or event is not a substitute for seeking professional help and support when needed. You agree to abide by the course, program or event's stated policies and/or Shared Agreements to help create and sustain a safe container and learning environment for all participants.
The minimum age requirement for program enrollment and participation is 18 years, unless otherwise stated, and in certain instances is 21 years or older.
The opinions expressed in courses, events and programs are those of the authors/presenters and may not be representative of Sol Lumina employees, customers, or other presenters.
Your spoken questions and/or comments during the course may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by Sol Lumina and used at its sole discretion and in perpetuity, and you consent in advance to these uses, as well as to the use of your image should you appear on a course, program or event video.
Sol Lumina reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance into any course or program or terminate and refund any individual’s registration from any course or program it offers at any time. Sol Lumina also reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition payment agreement and to remove individuals from conference calls and course community forums on Facebook or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty, and staff.
Sol Lumina also maintains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of its course or program forums, social media pages, and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by Sol Lumina to be inappropriate, destructive, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to the specific course content, hostile or inflammatory remarks, and may remove such posts at its sole discretion and without notice.
